Each session begins with a brief chat and Q&A to establish intentions. Together, you’ll uncover the root cause of any issues—whether from past traumas, epigenetic/generational patterns, or recent events—and work to clear and reverse these subconscious patterns. Some clients may receive individualized affirmation statements as homework to reinforce their progress. Minor detox symptoms may be experienced following a session as the body metabolizes toxic emotions and trauma.
